- The offering will be structured as units because Euroclear cannot process the subscription price of SEK 0.003 per share.
- Ten subscription rights will entitle holders to subscribe for one unit priced at SEK 0.03, with each unit comprising 10 shares.
- Trading in B-unit subscription rights is set for Aug. 24 to Sept. 7, 2026.
- B-unit paid subscribed units will trade through Sept. 17, 2026.
