Worldline H1 2026 net loss narrows to €97 million; revenue falls 3.7% to €1.9 billion
Reuters2026/07/30 16:29- Worldline H1 2026 revenue fell 3.7% to €1.9 billion; net income attributable to shareholders narrowed to a loss of €97 million on an IFRS basis.
- Adjusted EBITDA slipped 5.5% to €328 million, leaving a 17.3% margin; free cash flow swung to an outflow of €35 million.
- Net debt dropped to €1.17 billion; a €1.13 billion revolving credit facility remained fully undrawn as of June 2026.
- On a fully pruned basis, H1 revenue edged down 0.2% to €1.74 billion; Q2 revenue was flat at €904 million as Merchant Services rose 2%.
- FY 2026 fully pruned revenue guidance was cut to flat to marginally positive; adjusted EBITDA was kept at €630 million-€650 million, free cash flow raised to €60 million-€40 million outflow.
