Apollo sets 0.51 common-share conversion rate for 6.75% Series A mandatory convertible preferred stock
Reuters2026/07/30 10:51- Apollo set a 0.5074 common-share conversion rate for each share of its 6.75% Series A Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock.
- The preferred shares will automatically convert into common stock on July 31, 2026; cash will be paid in lieu of fractional shares.
- Holders of record as of July 15, 2026 will receive a final quarterly cash dividend of $0.8438 per preferred share on conversion date.
