Shell Q2 FY26 profit more than doubled to $10.82 billion; revenue rises to $94.66 billion

- Adjusted earnings rose 42% to USD 9.84 billion; adjusted EBITDA increased 17% to USD 20.71 billion, both versus Q1.
- Cash flow from operating activities jumped to USD 21.43 billion from USD 6.06 billion; free cash flow climbed to USD 17.52 billion from USD 2.93 billion.
- Net debt fell to USD 41.75 billion from USD 52.61 billion at end-Q1; gearing narrowed 4.5 percentage points to 18.7%.
- Declared a USD 0.3906 dividend per share; resumed buybacks with a new USD 3 billion program plus USD 1.2 billion deferred from the prior plan.
