HIVE Digital: Mining operations generate $0.14 per hour in revenue, while GPU operations generate $2 per hour
Foresight News reports, according to TheStreet, that Frank Holmes, Executive Chairman of HIVE Digital Technologies, revealed on TheStreet Roundtable that the company's computing power business is accelerating its shift from Bitcoin mining to GPU computing power leasing. The hourly income from mining machines has increased from $0.14 to $2 per hour in the GPU business.
Holmes also discussed the ongoing rise in debt among US consumers, businesses, and the government. He believes that as debt continues to accumulate, Bitcoin can serve as a hedge against inflation. He stated that the core logic of Modern Monetary Theory (MMT) is to solve problems by printing money, but since Bitcoin is not centrally controlled and cannot be issued by the government, it is better able to protect ordinary people's purchasing power.
