Leidos Awarded U.S. Air Force Order for Up to $717M for Operations Support

Leidos said it was awarded a new task order by the U.S. Air Force to provide intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance operations support which could total up to $717 million.

The task order includes a one-year base period and four one-year options. Work would be performed at more than 35 locations in the U.S. and overseas, the company said.

Under the task order, the defense and aviation company would provide subject-matter expertise, intelligence analysis, threat mitigation and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance-operations support. The work reflects Leidos's NorthStar 2030 commitment to helping Defense Department customers maintain combat-ready forces, the company said.

The task order was given by the Air Force's Air Combat Command Acquisition Management and Integration Center.

Senior Vice President Jason McCarthy said Leidos has been working alongside air combat command for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance since 2019.
