Hughes Network paid two stock dividends to EchoStar in the first quarter of 2024 totaling nearly $1.03 billion, Securities and Exchange Commission filings show. "Creditors to EchoStar's Hughes Network Engage Counsel After Affiliate's Bankruptcy" on July 6 misstated these totaled $1.3 billion.
