Glonghui, July 28|According to market sources, SK Hynix plans to begin mass production and shipment of the next generation low-power mobile DRAM product, LPDDR6, in the second half of 2026. SK Hynix completed development of the LPDDR6 product in March 2026 and is currently advancing preparations for mass production. LPDDR6 is manufactured using sixth-generation 10nm-class (1c) technology, offering improvements in data processing speed and power consumption control compared to the previous generation.
