$XRP is back at $1.1 as new CLARITY Act developments lift crypto market sentiment, and Finbold’s AI Agent predicts the price will remain largely unchanged by August 1.

Specifically, the learning algorithm projects an average $XRP price of $1.11 on August 1, 2026, implying a modest uptick from the current price.

AI $XRP price prediction for August 1

The figure was generated by three leading large language models – Claude Sonnet 5, DeepSeek Chat, and Grok 4.5 – using technical indicators such as the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD), the Relative Strength Index (RSI), and the 50-day Moving Average (MA).

Grok 4.5 was the most bullish one, predicting that $XRP would rise 1.67% and trade at $1.13, while Claude Sonnet 5 argued for a 0.41% uptick and a price of $1.11. Conversely, DeepSeek sees the cryptocurrency declining 1.69% to $1.09.

$XRP price outlook

In the short term, the upcoming U.S. Senate vote on the CLARITY Act, expected before the August 8 recess, could formally establish $XRP as a digital commodity, removing a long-standing regulatory overhang and paving the way for broader institutional participation and thus higher $XRP price prediction 2026.

Senator Cynthia Lummis has also framed the legislation as part of a broader effort to combat illicit crypto finance. Accordingly, the latest draft would expand the U.S. Treasury’s authority to sanction foreign cryptocurrency firms connected to money laundering or sanctions evasion.

Of course, $XRP’s investment case remains primarily tied to institutional cross-border payments. Rising ETF assets, which are again nearing $1.5 billion in assets under management, could create buy-side demand that is less dependent on mere retail investor sentiment.

The aforementioned momentum indicators are beginning to favour the bulls, too. For instance, the RSI has recovered to 50.85, signalling neutral momentum with room for further upside. At the same time, the MACD line is crossing above the signal line, and the histogram is moving into positive territory.

Overall, a decisive break above $1.12 could strengthen the bullish case and maybe make a move toward $1.15 possible too. If buying momentum accelerates, $XRP may then retest $1.16, the level where the previous rally lost steam. On the downside, failure to hold above $1.1 could weaken the current recovery and expose $XRP to a retest of $1.09, followed by $1.08.

JPMorgan believes that the Q2 earnings reports of global semiconductor companies have sent a clear bullish signal: First, demand has exceeded expectations, and foundry giants such as TSMC are universally raising capital expenditures to accelerate capacity expansion; second, the effect of price increases is materially "spreading" to equipment and materials, with equipment suppliers leveraging price hikes to boost gross margins; third, memory giants are securing an extremely high profit baseline for the next several years in advance through long-term agreements and massive prepayments.
