Anthropic to require all employees to sell shares via preset trading plans after planned IPO
Odaily reports that artificial intelligence giant Anthropic is considering adopting a relatively uncommon arrangement after going public, requiring regular employees to sell their shares through pre-set trading plans to avoid violating insider trading regulations. According to the report, this arrangement would use a 10b5-1 trading plan, in which the timing and quantity of share sales are determined in advance and executed as scheduled. Typically, such plans are mainly used by company executives, directors, and some finance and legal staff. If Anthropic ultimately implements this, it would extend to regular employees, which is a rare practice. (theinformation)
