MoonPay launches Paybox, an AI shopping wallet built on the x402 protocol
Odaily reported that crypto payment platform MoonPay has announced the launch of the AI shopping wallet Paybox, which supports integration with ChatGPT and Claude, allowing AI assistants not only to search for products and compare prices, but also to directly complete payments, book restaurants, purchase airline tickets, and conduct transactions such as Amazon shopping.
It is understood that Paybox does not require coding or the installation of additional software; users can fund the wallet through bank accounts or crypto assets and can set spending limits, payment confirmations, and other risk control rules. MoonPay stated that Paybox is built on the open protocol x402, adopts a decentralized design, does not rely on platform permissions, and can support any compatible merchants and services. (Fortune)
