Forex Circle reminds that position signals are derived from the comparison of "latest net long %" with "yesterday's net long %". If net long increases, it is "net long expanding"; if it turns from negative to positive, it is a "position reversal to net long", etc. In the table, "latest net long %" refers to the current percentage of longs minus shorts, and "yesterday's net long %" refers to the previous update (usually previous trading day's) net long percentage for comparison. Net long negative means proportion of longs shorts. By comparing the latest net long % and yesterday's net long %, "position signals" can be interpreted to cover 13 types, such as net long expanding, net long reducing, net short unchanged, net short turning to balance, etc. According to the actual data comparison, several types are shown; see the chart in this article. The current price trend may contradict the direction of position indicators, and such contradictions may imply potential opportunities. At the same time, subsequent price movements are influenced by various complex factors, so traders must make their own decisions.
