According to Bank of America client data, retail investors bought U.S. stocks last week at the highest level since May 2025. Strategist Jill Carey Hall wrote in a report that clients at the bank were net buyers for the third consecutive week, with a moderate amount of inflows. The inflow into ETFs only slightly offset the outflow from individual stocks.
