Zinc BidCo ended its takeover bid for Tinexta with 126,300 shares tendered for EUR 1,894,500 at EUR 15 per share.
Including shares already held and bought in-market, Zinc BidCo and concert parties will control 90.34% of Tinexta’s share capital.
