Nextensa signed a long-term usufruct agreement with the European Investment Bank Group for its Treemont office project in Brussels.
The EIB Group will move its Brussels permanent representation to Rue Montoyer in Q2 2028.
Treemont redevelopment includes partial demolition, a new seven-story timber-structure office building, about 3,000 sq m of space.
The project’s urban planning permit was obtained in early June.
