The STOXX 600 Index in Europe fell by 0.23%, while the European Stock Index rose by 0.05% and Eurozone blue chips increased by 0.07%. The UK FTSE 100 Index declined by 0.54%, the German DAX Index rose by 0.12%, the French CAC 40 Index was up 0.17%, and the Spanish IBEX Index gained 0.06%.
