Wall Street major banks raised nearly $34 billion this week

According to informed sources, Morgan Stanley raised $9 billion on Wednesday through a four-part US dollar bond issuance, with the longest-maturity bonds due in 2037 priced at a spread of 107 basis points above the US Treasury yield. JPMorgan also completed a four-part bond issuance, raising $9 billion. For JPMorgan, the longest-maturity bonds due in 2041 were priced at a spread of 125 basis points above the US Treasury yield.
