Qubic: GitHub account compromised, wallet users must migrate immediately during specific time periods today
Foresight News reported that Qubic posted on Twitter stating that its GitHub organization encountered a security incident today. A compromised account was used to access the code repository and extract keys. The team has identified and is addressing the issue. Qubic stated that Network Guardians should immediately rotate their mnemonics; users who unlocked their web wallets between 11:00 (UTC+8) and 18:00 (UTC+8) today should immediately migrate to a new identity; developers should not pull or deploy code from the Qubic repository until official audit confirmation is provided. Further details and updates regarding the incident will be published in the official Discord channel, and a post-incident review report will be released after resolution.
