The data center is expected to begin its initial power supply in the second half of 2027, and the initial lease agreement is projected to generate approximately $19 billion in revenue for TeraWulf. TeraWulf is accelerating its transformation from a Bitcoin mining company to AI data center infrastructure, with its stock price rising over 80% this year, reflecting the market's ongoing demand for AI computing infrastructure.
