Nakamoto holds over 5,000 BTC; CEO invests nearly $1 million to increase holdings by 191,000 shares
Odaily reported that Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin treasury company Nakamoto announced that Chairman and CEO David Bailey purchased an additional 191,448 shares of the company's common stock in the open market between May 26 and May 28, spending nearly 1 million US dollars. Nakamoto revealed that it holds more than 5,000 Bitcoins on its balance sheet. As of now, David Bailey holds approximately 18.25% of the company's circulating common shares in total. (Businesswire)
