$Nokia Oyj (NOK.US)$ had the largest change in short volume, with an increase of 8.31 million shares in short sale volume and a total short volume of 13.44 million shares, which is an increase of 161.84% compared to the previous trading day. The short volume ratio reached 9.33%.
