BlockBeats news, May 9, according to reports, a liquefied natural gas carrier associated with Qatar loaded cargo at Ras Laffan Port earlier this month. On Saturday morning local time, the vessel began its attempt to sail out of the Persian Gulf.

Ship tracking data shows that the vessel is currently sailing on a northern route near Qeshm Island and Larak Island approved by Iran. If the vessel succeeds in passing through, it will mark the first known liquefied natural gas export by Qatar through the Strait of Hormuz since the outbreak of war at the end of February. The ship’s stated destination is Port Qasim in Pakistan, with an expected arrival date of May 1. (Golden Ten Data)
