According to Cryptopolitan, a European exchange has collapsed, with customer losses potentially exceeding $100 million. Polish media Onet Wiadomości revealed that the exchange's official representative and a man nicknamed "Maniek" appeared in Dubai, with the latter being the alleged actual controller, while CEO Przemysław Kral was merely a "front figure." Kral disappeared after it was exposed that the company's reserves had dropped by more than 99%, and is now confirmed to be in the United Arab Emirates. The exchange's predecessor was founded in 2014, and in 2021 Kral took over, renamed it, and moved operations to Estonia.
