Glonghui, May 7|Tesla (TSLA.US) surged nearly 4% at the market open, reaching as high as $414.4, a new high since March 11. On the news front, data released Thursday by the China Passenger Car Association showed that Tesla's sales of China-made electric vehicles in April increased by 36% year-on-year, marking the sixth consecutive month of growth. The data shows that a total of 79,478 Model 3 and Model Y vehicles produced at Tesla's Shanghai factory were delivered.
