According to ChainCatcher, on-chain analyst Yujin has monitored that the Ethereum Foundation wallet received 22.92 million USDC from a certain exchange 5 hours ago.
On-chain analyst Yujin stated that these funds may be related to the payment for the sale of 10 thousand ETH by the Ethereum Foundation to Bitmine via an over-the-counter transaction one week ago.
