ENS: Ownership of existing ENS domains will remain unchanged after the ENSv2 upgrade, but users will need to upgrade for usage.
Foresight News reported that ENS addressed questions related to the ENSv2 upgrade on X. ENSv2 is about to launch; the official statement indicated that after the ENSv2 upgrade, existing domain ownership will not be affected. However, to use them normally in the new system’s applications and explorers, the upgrade must be completed. An official guide tool will be provided upon the launch of the upgrade, and all active domains (including those within the grace period) will receive an extension period to ensure users have adequate time to complete the migration.
