Ji Kim, CEO of the Crypto Innovation Council, stated that the Senate has only about 9 to 10 working weeks remaining before the August congressional recess to advance the Clarity Act. The bill must first pass the Senate Banking Committee, but differences over stablecoin yields and rewards remain the main obstacles.
