Believe founder arrested, faces second-degree manslaughter and assault charges
According to Odaily, based on public records from the New York Criminal Court, Believe founder Benjamin Pasternak has been arrested on charges of second-degree manslaughter and assault, and is scheduled to appear in court on June 11. He was previously accused of participating in a token withdrawal and rug pull scheme involving several million dollars. The platform's native token BELIEVE is currently trading at around $0.00075, down more than 99% from its all-time high of $0.3569 set in May 2025.
