Glonghui, April 15｜According to The Wall Street Journal, electric vehicle startup Rivian is collaborating with Redwood Materials to recycle electric vehicle batteries for energy storage. Redwood Materials is a battery recycling company founded by Tesla co-founder JB Straubel. Reports state that this will be the largest battery recycling energy storage system among U.S. automakers.
