```htmlJinse Finance reported on April 9 that, according to financial website Investinglive, after the United States and Iran announced a two-week ceasefire, gold received a boost yesterday as easing financial conditions supported broader risk appetite. However, these gains were later erased when Israel launched an attack on Lebanon, prompting a strong response from Iran, which insisted Lebanon was included in the ceasefire agreement. Currently, the ceasefire agreement remains effective. The first round of US-Iran talks will be held in Islamabad. If both parties agree, the talks may be extended. The risk of renewed conflict remains, as the US and Iran have not formally ended their hostile status. Nevertheless, as traders re-price hawkish expectations, gold’s short-term bias has turned more bullish. If the negotiations fail or war breaks out again, market sentiment may quickly reverse.```
