EUR/USD Edges Up Alongside German Bond Yields
Euro Shows Volatility Amid Rising German Yields
The Euro experienced some upward movement on Tuesday, driven by ongoing increases in German bond yields. Throughout the trading day, the currency was quite volatile, making an attempt to surpass the 200-day EMA but ultimately falling short. The 1.16 mark remains a significant resistance level that the Euro struggles to break through.
This situation raises an important question: Is the market still consolidating within a rectangle pattern, or is it beginning to form a symmetrical triangle? It appears that elements of both patterns may be present. While yields in both the United States and Germany are climbing, the rise in US yields was more subdued compared to Germany during this session.
