SOL Strategies acquires Solana zero-knowledge technology company Darklake Labs
Foresight News reported that SOL Strategies announced on Twitter that it has acquired Solana zero-knowledge technology company Darklake Labs for $1.2 million, consisting of $200,000 in cash and $1 million in company common stock. Darklake is an early-stage Solana startup that developed Zyga—a dynamic zero-knowledge proof system designed specifically for the Solana blockchain. This technology enables transaction privacy while eliminating front-running and sandwich attacks during execution. After the acquisition is completed, Darklake's founders and core team will join SOL Strategies.
