Glonghui, March 26 — Microsoft’s Chief Diversity Officer Lindsay-Rae McIntyre will leave the company at the end of March and next month will assume the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at another institution. Microsoft’s Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer Amy Coleman confirmed this in an internal memo, and a company spokesperson also confirmed the news to the media. The memo states that Microsoft is undergoing an AI-driven transformation, with the human resources system being adjusted accordingly to meet the rapidly growing demand for artificial intelligence. However, the company did not further elaborate on the specific impact of the transformation on the HR department. In recent months, several Microsoft senior executives have made moves, including the departures of gaming division head Phil Spencer and productivity software lead Rajesh Jha, while security chief Charlie Bell took on an individual contributor role in February.
