CFDs broker BlackBull brings on bankers to prepare for IPO: AFR
BlackBull Markets Eyes Public Listing
According to a recent article in the Australian Financial Review, BlackBull Markets—a New Zealand-based broker specializing in Retail FX and CFDs—is preparing for an initial public offering. The company has enlisted the expertise of investment banks Barrenjoey Capital Partners, UBS, and Forsyth Barr to evaluate the possibility of a dual IPO in both Australia and New Zealand.
Operating out of Auckland, BlackBull Markets is led by co-founder and CEO Michael Walker. The broker is officially registered as a Financial Services Provider in New Zealand under Black Bull Group Limited, and also manages an international branch in Seychelles, known as BBG Limited.
