Odaily reported that Ju.com stated its "Meme Phase 10 Launch Plan" Phase 8 project SMOKE completed its subscription at 16:00 (UTC+8) on March 20, and will finish TGE at 20:00 (UTC+8) on the same day.

Data shows that over 42,000 participants joined this round, with a total subscription amount of approximately 435 millions USD, exceeding the fundraising target by more than 435 times. The platform stated that after asset settlement for this round, there will be no lock-up period, and the assets will be available as spot upon arrival.

Users can participate in the subscription using JU, USDT, BTC, and ETH, and the platform will allocate based on a unified USD standard. Additionally, this round introduces a deflationary issuance mechanism, and undistributed tokens will be destroyed.

According to Jinse Finance, it has been reported that Iambic Therapeutics (IAM.US), a biotechnology company developing small-molecule anti-cancer therapies based on its self-developed artificial intelligence (AI) platform and currently in Phase I clinical trials, announced its IPO terms on Thursday. The San Diego, California-based company plans to raise $150 million by offering 9.4 million shares at a price range of $15 to $17 per share. Some investors have already expressed their intention to purchase $60 million worth of shares in this offering, accounting for 40% of the deal. At the midpoint of the proposed price range, Iambic Therapeutics would have a fully diluted market value of $809 million.
