The company stated that these three high-growth areas have become key drivers for its performance improvement and are expected to drive revenue and profit margin expansion in the coming quarters. **Data Center Demand Continues to Heat Up** With the acceleration of global digital transformation, investment in data center infrastructure remains strong. NN Inc provides precision-engineered components for servers, storage devices, and network hardware, benefiting from the continued expansion of capital expenditures by cloud service providers and large enterprises. Industry data shows that global data center capital expenditure is expected to exceed $300 billions in 2024, a year-on-year increase of over 10%, creating clear growth opportunities for upstream suppliers such as NN Inc. **Rapid Rise of the AI Inference Market** In addition to traditional data centers, NN Inc is actively entering the AI inference hardware supply chain. With the implementation of large language models and generative AI applications, the proportion of inference workloads in computing power demand has increased significantly. The company has customized high-precision thermal modules, connectors, and structural components for several AI chip manufacturers and server makers, with some products already in mass production. Analysts point out that the accelerated deployment of edge inference devices and cloud inference clusters will bring incremental orders to NN Inc. **Cloud Computing Drives Component Upgrade Cycle** To improve energy efficiency and computing density, cloud computing vendors are pushing for server hardware iteration. NN Inc’s lightweight, high thermal conductivity material solutions have been certified by several hyperscale cloud providers and are being applied to the new generation of liquid-cooled server platforms. Company management revealed in a recent earnings call that visibility for cloud computing-related orders has extended into the first half of 2025, and gross margin is expected to further improve due to product mix optimization. **Growth Prospects and Market Focus** Although NN Inc did not disclose specific financial data in this update, several institutions believe its penetration into high-growth technology fields has begun to contribute to its performance. A previous report by Needham analysts pointed out that NN Inc’s technological accumulation and customer relationships in the field of precision manufacturing give it a differentiated advantage in the data center and AI hardware supply chain. However, investors should still pay attention to potential risks such as the global semiconductor cycle and fluctuations in customer capital expenditures. (Compiled from the company’s press release)
