Foresight News reports that, according to documents from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), asset management giant T. Rowe Price submitted an S-1/A amendment (Amendment No. 2) for its actively managed crypto ETF, "T. Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF," on March 16, 2026. The filing reveals that the fund's trading symbol will be "TKNZ," and it is planned to be listed on NYSE Arca.

Compared to the initial application submitted in October 2025, this amendment provides clearer investment details:

  • Defined asset scope: The fund specifies 15 eligible assets, including BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, ADA, AVAX, LTC, DOT, DOGE, HBAR, BCH, LINK, XLM, SHIB, and SUI.

  • Active management strategy: Under normal circumstances, the fund will hold 5 to 15 crypto assets and actively rebalance based on models driven by fundamentals, valuation, and momentum, aiming to outperform the FTSE US Listed Crypto Index.

  • Custody and trading: Anchorage Digital Bank N.A. is confirmed as the crypto asset custodian. The fund currently uses a cash subscription/redemption model, but may introduce an in-kind model in the future.

  • New staking expectations: The document mentions that the fund may participate in staking activities to earn yields in the future, depending on risk, tax, and regulatory guidance.

BUZZ-Revolution Medicines stock drops due to concerns over pancreatic cancer drug data

On October 8, Revolution Medicines (RVMD.O) shares fell 8.1% in afternoon trading to $185.91. RBC Capital Markets stated that the share price decline appeared to be driven by the latest U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) review documents regarding the company's pancreatic cancer drug Rasonque, particularly the disclosure of objective response rate data for specific RAS mutation subgroups. RBC pointed out that overall survival, rather than objective response rate, is a more meaningful indicator of efficacy, and that the sell-off overlooked Rasonque's broad activity across a variety of RAS mutation subgroups. RBC stated: "While we acknowledge that today's share price decline takes place against the backdrop of overall weakness in the biotech sector, we still believe that the market's reaction to the FDA review documents is an overreaction, given that the drug was approved on the basis of highly clinically meaningful efficacy and has received positive feedback from physicians." Including intraday fluctuations, the stock has more than doubled year-to-date.
