NCAA "March Madness" will officially kick off on March 18, with 68 universities across the United States competing for the championship through a single-elimination format.
Polymarket's real-time probabilities currently show the top four universities in championship odds as follows: Duke University, which features next season's NBA top draft prospect Cameron Boozer, ranks first with 21%; traditional powerhouse Michigan University ranks second with 18%; Arizona University ranks third with 17%; and defending champion Florida University ranks fourth with 11%.
