According to Jinse Finance, Michael Saylor's Strategy may raise $300 million in the coming weeks through the sale of preferred shares STRC to purchase more bitcoin. It is reported that STRC was launched in July 2025 as an income-generating financing tool. By offering a variable monthly yield (currently with an annualized rate of 11.50%), it maintains the share price close to the $100 par value and has already helped the company accumulate a bitcoin holding valued at approximately $5 billion.

According to the Wall Street Journal citing sources, Broadcom (AVGO.US) has been seeking over $50 billion in financing in recent weeks to jointly develop custom AI chips with OpenAI. Institutions such as Apollo and Blackstone have engaged in discussions to participate in the financing, which is still in its early stages and may see the total amount adjusted. The financing aims to cover several gigawatts of custom chip capacity for OpenAI, with completion expected as early as the end of this year.
