Jiuzi Holdings raises $80 million through share offering to support crypto asset treasury construction
PANews, March 6th – According to Globenewswire, Nasdaq-listed company Jiuzi Holdings has announced that it has reached and signed an investment agreement with a strategic investment institution. The institution will subscribe for 40 million ordinary shares at a price of $2 per share, with a total investment amounting to $80 million. The first tranche of investment funds has already been delivered. The new funds will be used to expand cash reserves to support the construction of a crypto asset treasury and to formulate asset allocation strategies. It is expected that the treasury will include a variety of cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin, ethereum, and stablecoins.
