Paradex Foundation: DIME token open for claiming
Foresight News reports that the Paradex Foundation has announced the opening of DIME token claims. Eligible participants can claim DIME through the Paradex user interface, and the claim period will last for two weeks.
The genesis time for DIME is March 5, 2026, at 17:10, and its initial launch time is March 5, 2026, at 22:00. DIME will initially be traded exclusively on the Paradex platform.
Regarding tokenomics, Paradex has made two adjustments since the initial plan was released in December 2024: the community airdrop allocation has been increased from 20% to 25%, with the additional portion coming from extended activities in Q2 of July 2025; the foundation acquired XP from institutional holders, obtaining 4.4% of the total token supply. These two adjustments reduce the circulating supply at TGE by 4.4% to 24.5%, while ongoing community rewards increase allocations for all future quarters. For team token allocation, 80% will be unlocked based on performance rather than solely on time, and the remaining 20% will be unlocked according to a time schedule, all following a four-year vesting period.
