The Nasdaq 100 index preliminarily closed up 0.1%. Among its components, Strategy preliminarily closed up 6.3%, Palantir rose 5.8%, Axon increased 5.6%, CrowdStrike climbed 3.3%, Nvidia gained 3%, while Arm Holdings, IDXX, Marriott International, and Western Digital fell as much as 3.3%. MNST, GEHC, and Seagate Technology dropped up to 6.8%. Home Depot preliminarily closed down 2.7%, 3M, Procter & Gamble, Merck, McDonald's, and Disney each fell at least 1.7%, leading the decline among components. Chevron rose 1.5%, Honeywell increased 1.8%, and Nvidia led the gains. The Philadelphia Bank Index rose 0.5%.
