The company will authorize the underwriter Jefferies to periodically issue common stock to the market at appropriate times in the future, with a total fundraising scale of up to $200 million. Such "shelf offering" arrangements provide listed companies with flexible financing channels, allowing them to issue shares in batches according to market conditions and funding needs. This financing plan will support Oric Pharmaceuticals in advancing its pipeline of targeted oncology therapies. By appointing Jefferies as the sales agent, the company can more efficiently seize market windows and optimize its financing structure.
