Economic Outlook for 2025 and Beyond
As 2025 drew to a close, many wondered if the economy was beginning to shift direction. Recent data has strengthened our belief that the current upward trend is likely to persist. Economic growth is evident. While it’s wise to be cautious when only a few key indicators are positive, it becomes hard to dismiss the trend when nearly all measures point in the same direction.
One such indicator, the PSI, remained steady at 50.9 in January. Although this figure isn’t particularly robust, it marks the first time since the middle of 2023 that the PSI has stayed above the neutral 50 threshold for two consecutive months. This aligns well with our projections and reinforces the view that positive momentum is building across the board.
