Sibanye Stillwater Ltd., which owns the Stillwater palladium mine in Montana, has filed for relief, alleging that Russian palladium exported to the United States is being dumped at prices below fair value. The preliminary ruling to impose a 132.83% tariff on unrefined Russian palladium still requires final review by two major government agencies, which is expected to be completed in June this year.
