PU Prime Keeps Pace with Market Trends, Secures a Category 5 License to Enter the UAE
PU Prime Secures Category 5 Licence in Dubai
PU Prime has recently joined the ranks of contracts for differences (CFDs) brokers authorized in Dubai, obtaining a Category 5 licence—an option chosen by many in the industry. The Capital Market Authority (CMA), formerly known as the Securities & Commodities Authority (SCA), lists PU Prime among those permitted to market and introduce financial products on behalf of offshore providers. This particular licence, however, does not permit the broker to hold client funds or process trades within the UAE. Instead, clients based in the UAE must be referred to affiliated offshore entities for these services.
