Jiuzi Holdings receives $90 million investment to advance blockchain and Web3 ecosystem expansion
ChainCatcher reported that Nasdaq-listed bitcoin treasury company Jiuzi Holdings has announced the signing of a strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding with Morgan International Finance Ltd. The latter intends to invest $90 million in Jiuzi Holdings through an equity investment. The specific investment structure, lock-up period, and other arrangements will be determined after further negotiations between the two parties and the signing of a legally binding final transaction document. The new funds will be used to support Jiuzi Holdings in advancing its blockchain and Web3 ecosystem expansion, as well as executing its digital asset strategy.
