Dakota has developed into a stablecoin infrastructure platform, enabling fintech companies and enterprises to embed regulated, programmable global fund flow capabilities via API. The platform allows companies to offer stablecoin-based payment, fund management, and yield distribution services within their products without becoming financial institutions, thereby connecting on-chain stablecoins with real-world regulatory and compliance requirements in the United States and Europe. CEO Ryan Bozarth stated that their goal is to provide reliable foundational functions so teams can focus on product growth. The company is registered as a Money Services Business (MSB) in the United States and is applying for a European license, embedding compliance directly into its platform.
