Securitize submits S-4 form to the US SEC to advance SPAC listing
Foresight News reported that RWA tokenization platform Securitize and special purpose acquisition company Cantor Equity Partners II (CEPT) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary has publicly filed an S-4 registration statement for a business combination with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This submission reflects the ongoing progress of the SEC review process. Upon completion of the business combination, Securitize will become a publicly listed company. The registration statement shows that Securitize's total revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2025, was $55.6 million, an increase of 841% compared to $5.9 million for the same period in 2024; total revenue for the full year 2024 was $18.8 million.
Previously, according to CNBC, in October 2025, the RWA platform Securitize, which supports BlackRock's tokenized money market fund, will go public through a merger with a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC).
