ServiceNow has reached another artificial intelligence partnership, this time with Anthropico.

Reported by Bijie Network: ServiceNow has reached a multi-year cooperation agreement with Anthropic, making Claude the preferred AI model in ServiceNow workflow products and integrating Claude Code for its engineers. Previously, ServiceNow also reached a cooperation agreement with OpenAI. This move reflects ServiceNow's implementation of a multi-model strategy, aiming to provide more choices for enterprise customers. CEO Bill McDermott stated that this cooperation will "turn intelligence into action."
